Our Returns Policy is outlined as follows:

- Free returns within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be in new, unworn, and perfect condition.

- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and made in the country of purchase.

- Please note that personalized items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

- Online exchanges are currently unavailable.

- In-person exchanges are available at our Longchamp boutiques. To locate the nearest boutique, please utilize our Store Locator feature

All Ground orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Express and Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday to ship out the same day; this excludes holidays.

**Please note that some orders may require payment verification, which can slightly delay the processing time of your order.

The following will be shipped via Ground services only and cannot be sent Express or Overnight:

- Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

- Orders of Suitcases

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarding company addresses. We require a physical street address for the delivery of our products to ensure secure and timely shipping to your designated location.
